If you own a children's clothing store or specialty shop and would like to be considered as a wholesale customer, please fill out and submit the application form below. We will contact you once your application has been received and processed. If your application is approved you will be asked to submit a valid credit card number which is required to place wholesale orders. You will then be given a user name and password that will allow you to log in and place your orders online. All information submitted on the application must be valid. We may ask for references before account approval is given. We maintain the right to refuse any application. Please allow 2 weeks processing time once the application has been submitted.
