Shipping
We are now accepting wholesale orders online from children's clothing stores and specialty shops who have established and account with us. Orders can be placed year round. Our fall/winter line for wholesale buyers is typically available February through May and ships between August 1 and October 1. Our spring/summer line is typically available for order June through November and ships between January 1 and March 1. Off season orders will be filled according to availability.
Wholesale orders can be adjusted or canceled up to 3 weeks from the date the order is placed. After 3 weeks orders are cut and may not be canceled or cut back. If you need to change or cancel an order and are within the 3 week time frame please call us at 256-734-3691 during regular business hours. Returns
We feel that you will be delighted with the quality of our merchandise. Each outfit is individually inspected before shipping. If you receive damaged or flawed goods you must notify us immediately. Any necessary returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us by phone at 256-734-3691 or by e-mail with any order problems.
Payment
Payments on new accounts are payable by credit card or COD only. All checks for COD's will be deposited upon receipt. We cannot hold or accept post dated checks. Terms may be requested once good credit has been established and a credit application has been filled out and approved.
